| How You Send Gift Vouchers |
| In order to send a gift voucher, please click upon the "Send Gift Voucher" link in your shopping cart. In order to send a gift voucher, we need the following information from you: First name and last name of the recipient. A valid e-mail address for the recipient. The desired amount (you may also send partial amounts from your account balance). A brief message to the recipient. Please review your information once again before sending it. Before you send it, you will always be given the opportunity to correct your information. |
| Shopping With Gift Vouchers. |
| As soon as you have an account balance available to you, you may use it to pay for your order. During the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to cash in your account balance. If the account balance is less than the value of the goods, you must select your preferred payment method for the differential amount. If your account balance exceeds the value of the goods, then the remaining account balance will naturally be made available to you for your next order. |

| When you have received a gift voucher per e-mail, you may redeem the amount as follows: 1. Click upon the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, then you will have the opportunity to open an account. 2. After you have placed a product in your shopping cart, you may then enter your gift voucher code there. |
