We will continue to respond to any questions on installation, operation and activation of our programs at no charge.
If you have any technical or general questions in connection with your files/projects and our programs, tools or services, we will be glad to support you.

 

Support in connection with:

  • Tests with your files
  • Conversions
  • File handling
  • Missing texts, formats
  • Help with preparation of tenders
  • Determination of text volumes
  • Implementation into existing translation processes, CMS
  • Filter customizations

 

Conditions:

Basic Support

Time allocation: 1 hour --> € 60.00

Professional Support

Time allocation: 5 hours --> € 275.00

Corporate Support

Time allocation: 20 hours --> € 900.00

Prices are quoted in Euro and do not include the statutory VAT.

Price information: Customers registered for VAT who provide their local registration number will not be charged German VAT . All exports to countries outside the EU are zero-rated for German VAT.

Support terms:

 1. Type and Scope:

The Service and Support Agreement covers all services provided per telephone, Internet, remote maintenance, email or on site.

 The support services will be billed by 15 minutes’ cycles.

 

Support languages: German, English or Spanish

 Support hours per Mail: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CET)

 

2. Validity:

The Service and Support Agreement will be valid for 12 months (taking effect always on the 1st day of the current month) after the order has been placed via email, Online Shop or fax. In case the services have been provided before expiration of the Agreement, the Agreement will end automatically and may be reactivated by closing such Agreement again. Any services that have not been called until the expiration of the Agreement shall become invalid without further obligation. After provision of services you will be sent an overview of the services provided.

3. Application:

We do our best to support you with regard to technical issues in due time. Until now we have been successful in 99.9% of the cases :-)

However, for legal reasons we have to inform you:

Services will be provided only after receipt of payment. The mode of communication will be determined by us. We do not guarantee availability, success or compliance with deadlines set by users.
